Launch of the New Website of the Public Property Agency and of the Training Platform for Board Members of State-Owned Enterprises

The new website has advanced functions and an intuitive interface, making essential information and administrative processes easier to access and improving communication with citizens and businesses. Roman Cojuhari, the Agency’s Director General, called the website and training platform fundamental tools for promoting transparency and good governance in state companies.

Daniela Vidaicu of the Soros Foundation Moldova said the site offers a great deal of public-interest data on state-owned enterprises, and that its training module is important for attracting independent board members. Adrian Lupușor, Executive Director of Expert-Grup, stressed the need to keep strengthening good governance in the public sector. The event took place under a technical assistance project for the Agency and the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation on corporate governance of state enterprises.
