Request for Quotations – Logistics Services
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” invites price quotations for logistics services related to the organisation of 4 training workshops within the project “Inform, empower and act! Civil society for better budget governance in Moldova”
The training workshops will take place on: 11 - 12 November 2019; 18 -19 November 2019; 25 - 26 November 2019; 2 - 3 December 2019.
For each training, the supplier must provide the following services:
- Conference room (1 room * 2 days);
- Projector and screen for the 2 training days (1 + 1);
- Flipchart stand and at least 20 sheets (1);
- Coffee breaks for 20 participants. 2 coffee breaks per day. Each coffee break must include at least 2 pastry items (20 participants * 2 breaks/day * 2 days);
- Buffet-style (fourchette) lunch for 20 people (20 participants * 2 days * 1 lunch/day);
- Water in glass bottles (40 bottles * 2 days);
Suppliers may submit a quotation for a single option or for several options for holding the training workshops.
In order to reduce the environmental impact, during the provision of services the supplier will avoid as far as possible the use of paper and plastic consumables. Food and drinks will be served in reusable ceramic/glass/etc. dishes.
Important details: delivery will be made at zero VAT rate. Expert-Grup will provide all the necessary supporting documents.
