Request for Quotations – Logistics Services
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” is requesting a price quotation for logistics services related to the organisation of the training workshop under the project “Inform, empower and act! Civil society for better budget governance in Moldova”, to be held on 16 - 17 July 2019.
The supplier will have to provide the following services:
- Conference room with a minimum area of 80 m2 (1 room * 2 days);
- Projector and screen for the 2 days of training (1 + 1)
- Flipchart stand and at least 20 sheets (1)
- Coffee breaks for 25 participants. 2 coffee breaks per day. Each coffee break will include at least 2 pastry products (25 participants * 2 breaks/day * 2 days)
- Fourchette-style lunch for 25 people (25 participants * 2 days * 1 lunch/day)
- Water in glass bottles (40 bottles * 2 days)
- Accommodation (6 people, single room * 1 night)
In order to reduce the environmental impact, while providing the services the supplier will avoid as far as possible the use of paper and plastic consumables . Food and drinks will be served in ceramic/glass/etc. dishes intended for repeated use.
Important details: delivery will be made at the zero VAT rate. Expert-Grup will provide all the necessary supporting documents.
