Request for Quotations – Office Space Rental

Technical criteria and description

1. Area

The space offered for rent must be between 150 and 200 m2. It must provide sufficient working space for at least 10 desks and a meeting room.

2. Location

Chișinău, Centru sector, within the perimeter of Alexandru cel Bun – Mateevici and Bulgară – Toma Ciorbă streets.

3. Layout and fit-out

The office offered for rent must be divided into 3-4 rooms intended as offices plus a meeting room, preferably with 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. The meeting room must be able to accommodate at least 10 people. It is preferable that the space offered for rent be unfurnished and require neither cosmetic nor major repairs.

4. Lighting, air conditioning and heating

The office must have a heating system installed (its own, or one that allows the temperature to be controlled independently of the rest of the building) as well as an air conditioning system for each office. The space must be well lit, both naturally and artificially.

5. Communications

The office offered for rent must allow internet and telephone connections.

6. Access to the building

The entrance door must allow the installation of an access control system. Preference will be given if well-equipped access for wheelchair users is provided.

7. Parking

Parking spaces available nearby.

8. Availability and duration of the lease

The space must be available from 1 May 2023 for a minimum period of 24 months, with the possibility of extending the lease term after that date.

To submit an offer, interested parties must send the following set of documents to procurari@expert-grup.org by 7 March 2023, 14:00:

• The form completed in accordance with Annex 1;
• The office floor plan and real photos.

Submitted offers will be valid for a period of at least 10 calendar days from the date of submission.

Offer evaluation criteria

The offers received will be evaluated technically against the technical criteria set out in the table above, as well as the lowest price offered per m2 of rent.
