Request for proposals: graphic design
The Independent Think Tank EXPERT-GRUP announces a competition to select a company or an individual for an ongoing collaboration on producing the following types of graphic products:
- Infographics (similar to http://www.budgetstories.md/stii-de-ce-este-responsabila-primaria/);
- Cover design for social media and the website www.expert-grup.org;
- Design of promotional materials (banners, posters, notebooks, pens, folders, etc.).
The tasks of the company/individual will include:
- Producing and updating graphic materials and templates for printing and distribution, including, but not limited to, brochures, infographics and information materials, in compliance with the EG visibility guide;
- Producing and updating graphic materials and templates for the EG social media page, website and online campaigns.
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of progressive experience and strong professional skills in graphic design, including skills in using specific graphic design software;
- Previous experience in producing graphic materials and illustrations for non-profit organisations, projects and/or campaigns (this must be proven by the portfolio provided, including examples of leaflets, infographics, social media banners);
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English;
- Ability to integrate a gender perspective into the graphic products developed.
To take part in the competition, the bidder will send to iulia@expert-grup.org the following:
- A CV indicating similar projects developed;
- A portfolio of products developed (infographics, covers, banners, etc.);
- A technical offer specifying the average number of working days needed to produce one infographic and each type of promotional material indicated above;
- A financial offer for producing each type of promotional material.
