Request for proposals: preparation of project documentation for the thermal insulation of the residential building located at 3A Ștefan cel Mare St., Bălți

To participate in the competition, bidders must submit the following:

1. The technical offer, which will include:

• The technical proposal, which will include the company’s methodological approach as well as the proposed action plan;
• Documents attesting that the legal requirements are met and the valid certificates necessary for carrying out the respective design works;
• Supporting information demonstrating, with documents, the capacity/skills and experience to perform such services;
• The list and description of similar completed projects, as well as copies of contracts for the delivery of similar projects;
• The list of relevant clients with whom the company has cooperated over the last 3 years, with the contact details of reference persons within these institutions;
• The CVs of the team members who will be responsible for carrying out the terms of reference;
• The attestation certificates of the specialists: architect, constructor, divizier, other specialists if available;
• An extract from the register issued no more than 12 months ago;
• Bank turnover for the last 12 months (November 2022 – October 2023);
• The balance sheet and the profit and loss account for the year ended 31.12.2022;

2. The financial offer, which must be submitted in MDL at the standard VAT rate. 

The technical offer and the financial offer must be sent in a single email to procurari@expert-grup.org by 20 November 2023, 19:00.
