Request for Proposals – Event Organisation

Description of the task

The selected company will be responsible for providing logistical and technical support for the project closing event, planned for 25 January 2022 (the event concept is attached). In particular, the following services will be provided:

• Branding and logistics services;

• Streaming services;

• Provision of the equipment needed for the smooth running of the event, both in the hall and for the online/live broadcast;

• Arrangement of the hall where the event will take place;

• Editing of two video clips of approximately 60-90 seconds each from several video sequences to be provided by the project team.

Please consult the attached terms of reference, which include a detailed description of the task.

Interpreters, who are individuals, will be contracted separately by Expert-Grup.

Minimum requirements for candidates:

• 2 years of similar experience in event organisation;

• Ability to work in a team and to complete tasks within the set deadlines;

• Previous experience of working on projects funded by the EU or other international development partners will be considered an advantage.

The delivery will be exempt from VAT. Expert-Grup will provide all the necessary supporting documents for this purpose.
