Call for Proposals: Consultant to Join the Team Preparing the Migration Study

The tasks include:

• Developing the methodology of the migration study with the support of the junior expert, in accordance with the terms of reference attached below;
• Implementing the methodology and preparing the migration study with the support of the junior expert;
• Presenting the final study.

 The estimated workload is 50 days/expert.

Minimum requirements for candidates:

• Master’s degree in economics, public administration, public finance or other relevant fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in developing policy documents;
• At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating public policies;
• Knowledge of sectoral policies in the field of migration, demography and population in Moldova;
• Teamwork skills;
• Communication and presentation skills.
