Call for proposals to identify a consultant (individual) to provide analytical services under the implementation of the EU grant project “Resilient CSOs + Responsible Budgeting = Accelerated Implementation of the Association Agreement”

The consultant will be responsible for: 

• Providing mentoring and guidance to the beneficiary CSOs in preparing reports monitoring budget expenditure. The expert will engage actively with the CSOs to ensure the quality, relevance and impact required of these reports. Each CSO will have to prepare 2 analyses monitoring budget expenditure. 
• Taking part in the advocacy and visibility events organised to discuss/present the results of the reports.

1. The technical offer, consisting of the application form, methodology, CV and declaration;
2. The financial offer, indicating the net daily rates requested.
