Request for proposals: chairs for the meeting room
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition to identify a company to supply chairs for the institution's meeting room.
Minimum technical specifications for the chairs to be supplied:
Material: chrome-plated legs, seat: black eco-leather;
Dimensions: Height – 98 cm, Inner backrest height – 54 cm, Seat height – 44 cm, Seat width – 41 cm, Seat depth - 44 cm;
Quantity: 24 pieces
Delivery deadline: 7 March 2019
To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to: iulia@expert-grup.org :
Company portfolio;
Copy of the registration certificate;
Letters of recommendation, if any;
Technical offer indicating the chairs proposed;
· Financial offer showing the unit and total price, including VAT, for the total quantity.
Minimum requirements for bidders:
At least 3 years of progressive experience in selling office furniture;
· Good recommendations.
The deadline for submitting offers is 18 February 2019, 12:00.
