Call for proposals: selecting a company to carry out logistics and public communication activities to ensure the visibility of the “EUROSFAT Forum 2023”
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition to identify a legal entity that will be responsible for logistical organisation and public communication for the EUROSFAT Forum 2023: The European Union and New Horizons.
The EUROSFAT Forum 2023 proposes a unique concept for an open dialogue along the Belgium - Romania – Republic of Moldova axis, a strategic exercise for the public sector, the private sector, civil society and the pro-European academic community. The unique format makes it possible to define strategic directions for the European integration of the Republic of Moldova, through debates and dialogues on key topics for carrying out the reforms necessary for accession and for preserving and deepening European values.
In view of the above, Expert-Grup invites interested companies with experience in organising similar events to submit offers for carrying out the following activities:
- Preparation of the event (promotion of the event, necessary logistical arrangements);
- Holding the EUROSFAT Forum in Chișinău over one day and conducting a series of debates on several discussion topics (the preliminary agenda of the event is attached). The event will be held in Romanian with simultaneous interpretation into English. An online broadcast will also be provided. The target audience of participants in the room will be around 100 people. Some speakers will be online (Zoom);
- Post-event promotion activities lasting one month. To this end, a press release will be drafted and published, photos from the event will be distributed, social media posts will be prepared about the main messages delivered during the event (social media cards), and discussions with the press will be initiated for possible interviews or TV/radio programmes;
- Communication for the preparation and holding of 3 local events in the Eurosfat dialogues format: Ungheni, Comrat and Bălți. These will be organised immediately after the event in Chișinău and will aim to discuss the conclusions of the Chișinău event with representatives of civil society, local public authorities, business people and local opinion leaders, as well as to discuss the European integration process of the Republic of Moldova. The preparation process will include collecting confirmations, pre-event promotion activities and the necessary logistical arrangements;
- Post-event promotion activities for the regional events. As with the event in Chișinău, the local events will be promoted after they conclude, which will involve drafting and publishing press releases, distributing photos from the events, preparing social media posts about the main messages delivered during the events, and inviting the press for possible interviews or TV/radio programmes.
The activity is part of the project “Organising the EUROSFAT Forum 2023 in the Republic of Moldova”, funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova and implemented by the Independent Think Tank Expert-Grup. The project is implemented between September and November 2023.
