In addition, the partnerships established, capacity-building efforts, communication activities and the integration of cross-cutting aspects, including the human rights and gender equality dimension, will be assessed.

The evaluation is expected to take place between September 2025 and November 2025.

  • Inception Report: which will detail the evaluation design, methodology and work plan. It will be consulted on and validated by the project team – by 30 September 2025.
  • Report on the results of interviews/questionnaires: will contain the main findings from the evaluator’s discussions with relevant stakeholders on the project’s activities and results – by 31 October 2025.
  • Draft Evaluation Report: which will include answers to the four key dimensions of the evaluation and will formulate recommendations – by 15 November 2025.
  • Final evaluation report: which will incorporate the comments and suggestions received, and will include an executive summary, conclusions, findings and recommendations – by 30 November 2025.
