Request for Proposals – Financial Audit Services, 2019 Financial Statements
The Public Association “Independent Think Tank EXPERT-GRUP” announces a tender to select a company to audit the general financial statements for the period 1.01.2019-31.1.2.2019. The auditor must express a professional opinion on the organisation’s financial position at the end of the 2019 fiscal year. The full terms of reference are available in the annex.
Audit period (data collection): any period between 1 June – 15 July 2020. The final audit report must be made available to Expert-Grup management in Romanian and English no later than 16 July 2020.
Minimum requirements for participating companies:
- The audit company and the auditor/auditors are licensed in the Republic of Moldova;
- Independence of the audit company and of the auditor/auditors;
- At least 5 years of experience in providing audit services to similar institutions, funded by national and international institutions;
- ACCA accreditation or adherence to other international standards will be an advantage.
To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to procurari@expert-grup.org :
- Description of the company;
- Company name, address, contact person and telephone number;
- List of organisations for which the audit company has provided similar services in the last 5 years;
- Copies of the licences of the company and of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement;
- Description of the qualifications of the audit team members;
- CVs of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement, as well as the list of organisations they have worked for and a list of reference persons/companies;
- Financial offer.
The deadline for submitting offers is 27 January 2020, 19:00.
