Call for Tenders – Audit Services for the Project Financial Report
The Public Association “Independent Think Tank Expert-Grup” announces a tender for selecting a company to audit the financial report covering the period January – December 2019 for the implementation of the project “Understanding the Association Agreement and the DCFTA between the EU and Ukraine, Georgia and the Republic of Moldova”. The detailed terms of reference are attached.
To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to procurari@expert-grup.org :
- The organisation's CV, showing relevant audit activities as well as the value of the projects audited;
- The financial offer.
Minimum requirements for participating companies:
- 5 years of activity;
- Experience auditing projects funded by SIDA as well as other international donors.
Priority will be given to companies with at least 5 years of experience in auditing projects with a minimum value of EUR 250,000.
The deadline for submitting offers is: 3 March 2020, 10:00.
Audit period (data collection): any period between 16 March - 31 March 2020.
The deadline for submitting the audit report: 3 April 2020
