Request for Quotations: Rental of Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment for Public Events
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition to build a database of legal entities that provide the following services: rental of simultaneous interpretation equipment, including a module for online transmission via Zoom.
The selected companies will be included in the roster of providers of simultaneous interpretation equipment rental services (booths, microphones, headsets for at least 30 persons), as well as the equipment required for transmitting the signal via Zoom. Rental services for simultaneous interpretation equipment will be requested as needed, depending on the activities and projects carried out by Expert-Grup.
Minimum requirements for bidders:
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in providing equipment for simultaneous interpretation at government level and for international organisations, public events, etc.
The application file will include:
- Extract from the register;
- Description of the technical equipment owned by the company;
- Financial offer in EUR, including VAT. The price for half a day (4 hours) and the price for one day (8 hours) must be indicated.
Indicate the maximum and minimum number of hours for which the equipment can be rented, as well as the maximum number of headsets you can provide.
Bid evaluation criteria:
The submitted files will be evaluated by the selection committee according to the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in providing equipment at government level and for international organisations;
- Availability of the entire set of requested equipment (microphones, booths, headsets, equipment for Zoom transmission);
- Evaluation of the financial offer.
