Request for proposals: services for developing an interactive map to visualise mining excavation sites and collect reports from citizens

The map will be developed under the project “Use of natural resources: improving accounting and transparency”. The main goal of the project is to contribute effectively to the implementation by the authorities of mechanisms and measures for reliable and transparent accounting of the extraction of widespread useful mineral resources.

The selected company or individual will be responsible for developing a digital platform (interactive map) for visualising the locations of mining excavations (quarries) in the Republic of Moldova, and tools for citizens to obtain information, consult and report irregularities they have identified.

A detailed description of the technical task, as well as the criteria for evaluating the bids, are available in the attached terms of reference.

To participate in the competition, interested companies and individuals must send the following to procurari@expert-grup.org :

• The CV  of the bidder, indicating similar projects implemented;
• A technical offer indicating how the bidder envisages implementing the map;
• A financial offer.

The deadline for submitting bids is 15 June 2019, 19:00.
