Request for proposals: services for the development of a visual identity manual

The visual identity manual will include the identity and design elements of the communication and visibility tools and products, so as to reflect the objectives, key messages and results of the project.The visual identity manual will be guided by the following specific objectives of the project's Communication and Visibility Strategy:

• OBJECTIVE 1 - Raising the level of information and awareness among the population and local civil society about the budget process and participatory budgeting through communication tools and products (public hearings platform, analyses, coalitions, toolkits, trainings, etc.). 
• OBJECTIVE 2 - Improving perceptions of participatory budgeting and increasing understanding of the impact of this process on the community, through communication tools and products (public hearings platform, analyses, coalitions, toolkits, trainings, etc.
• OBJECTIVE 3 - Ensuring the visibility at local and national level of the project's results and products, by implementing the Action Plan of the Communication Strategy.

Minimum requirements for candidates:

• The company must be officially registered in the Republic of Moldova;
• At least 3 years of experience in the requested field;
• Ability to work in a team and to complete tasks within the established deadlines;
• Previous experience of working on projects financed by the EU or other international development partners will be considered an advantage.

• Portfolio of experience in similar services;
• Commercial offer/budget for carrying out the proposed tasks (price offer in EUR, at a VAT rate of 0%);
• Other relevant documents or recommendations (depending on availability).
