Request for proposals – website maintenance services
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition to select a company or an individual to provide maintenance services for the websites it owns (www.expert-grup.org, www.scoalamea.md, www.bugetulmeu.md and www.budgetstories.md).
The main tasks include:
- Detecting and fixing errors, including code errors;
- Performing the backup procedure monthly;
- Responding to Expert-Grup's notifications about bugs and/or attacks on the websites and immediately resolving the problems detected;
- Monitoring cyber attacks on the websites, including 24/7 response and monthly reporting of the incidents detected;
- Availability to develop and add new modules to the websites (submenus, at additional cost).
Contract duration: 24 months
Requirements for candidates:
- A registered company or an individual resident in the Republic of Moldova;
- Experience maintaining websites of similar complexity.
To take part in the competition, candidates must submit the following by email to iulia@expert-grup.org :
- A technical offer including previous experience, indicating similar websites maintained by the bidding company/individual;
- A copy of the registration certificate for companies;
- A client portfolio;
- A financial offer indicating the total price for the requested services for 24 months, excluding VAT.
