Request for Quotation – Logistics Services
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” is requesting a price quotation for logistics services related to the organisation of a training workshop under the project “Inform, Empower and Act! Civil Society for Better Budget Governance in Moldova”.
The training workshop will take place on: 20 - 21 January 2020.
For each training day, the provider must supply the following services:
- Conference room (1 room * 2 days);
- Projector and screen for the 2 training days (1 + 1);
- Flipchart stand and at least 20 sheets (1);
- Coffee breaks for 20 participants. 2 coffee breaks per day. Each coffee break will include at least 2 pastry items (20 participants * 2 breaks/day * 2 days);
- Buffet-style (fourchette) lunch for 20 people (20 participants * 2 days * 1 lunch/day);
- Water in glass bottles (40 bottles * 2 days).
In order to reduce the environmental impact, while providing the services the provider will avoid, as far as possible, the use of paper and plastic consumables. Food and drinks will be served in reusable ceramic/glass/etc. tableware.
Important details: delivery will be made at a zero VAT rate. Expert-Grup will provide all the necessary supporting documents.
