Request for Quotation – Logistics Services
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” is requesting a price quotation for logistics services related to the organisation of the 2020 Annual Forum on Participatory Budgeting under the project “Inform, Empower and Act! Civil Society for Better Budget Governance in Moldova”. The event will take place on Thursday, 2 April 2020, from 09:00 to 13:00 (participant registration will begin at 8:30).
The supplier must provide the following services for each training day:
- Conference room, theatre-style seating for 100 people (9:00 – 13:00) - 4 hours
- Projector, 1 unit - for 4 hours
- Screen (2x3 metres), 1 piece - 4 hours
- Simultaneous interpretation equipment for at least 30 people - 4 hours
- Water in glass bottles of at least 0.5 litres per bottle - 100 bottles
- Coffee break - 60 people
- Wi-Fi throughout the conference - 4 hours
- Notebook computer connected to the projector, 1 unit - 4 hours
- Portable microphones - 3 units
- Microphones for the presidium - 4 units
- Fourchette-style lunch - 60 people
In order to reduce the environmental impact, while providing the services the supplier will avoid as far as possible the use of paper and plastic consumables. Food and drinks will be served in reusable ceramic/glass/etc. tableware.
Important details: delivery will be made at a zero VAT rate. Expert-Grup will provide all the necessary supporting documents.
