Request for Proposals – Technical, Design and Logistics Services for the Closing Event of the Project “Civil Society for European Integration”

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the capacities of civil society organisations to support and promote the alignment of budget priorities with the association agenda at national and local level, as well as to increase the involvement of the 3 civil society organisation platforms, so that they act cohesively and provide the necessary support in implementing the conditionalities related to the Republic of Moldova’s EU candidate status and the Association Agenda.

The purpose of the event is to present the results and impact of the project, to reflect on the role of civil society in the European integration process of the Republic of Moldova and to discuss the prospects for strengthening dialogue between social partners and public authorities. The event will bring together high-level public authorities, decision-makers, the donor community, civil society organisations, opinion leaders, academia and the media. It will also be streamed live online. It will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, Chișinău, in a theatre-style room, with approximately 90-100 participants, on 12 December, from 10:00 to 13:00. In view of the above, Expert-Grup invites interested companies with experience in organising similar events to submit offers for the following key activities (a detailed description of the requested services is in the request for proposals attached at the end): 

• Technical equipment (sound equipment, lighting equipment, LED screen)
• Technical support during the event (technical support for streaming services and running presentations during the event)
• Graphic design for promoting the event online, broadcast and LED screen (design services; graphics for the broadcast and LED screens)
• Administrative services (installation and dismantling of equipment; transport; coordinator from the logistics team;)

The offer must be submitted electronically by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org , the price offer must be at a VAT rate of 0% and include the services detailed in accordance with the request-for-proposals form attached below.
