Call for Proposals: IT Expert (Project Manager), Consumer Protection

The detailed tasks for the IT Expert (Project Manager) are described in the attached Terms of Reference. 

The activity is part of the project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework in Moldova”, funded by the European Union and the Soros Foundation Moldova, and will be implemented from January 2024 to June 2026.

Submission of the application

To participate in the competition, interested persons will submit, as part of the application file, the following documents:

• Technical offer;
• Financial offer.

The file must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict accordance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

The application file must be sent by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org , by 29 April 2025, 19:00. Incomplete files will not be examined.

Please make sure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails; at the same time, the financial offer must be password-protected.

The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that the offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail.

Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
