Call for Proposals: Legal Entity for Video Graphics Production

The selected company will be responsible for producing 3 (three) animated video graphics, each 90-120 seconds long, in accordance with the visibility guide of the European Consumer Centre. The video graphics will be developed between January and June 2025.

The topics of the video graphics will be determined together with the project implementation team and the European Consumer Centre in the Republic of Moldova.

The company will be responsible for:

• Developing the general concept of the videos based on the project visibility manual;
• Developing detailed video scripts together with the project consultants on the basis of a concept;
• Developing storyboards for the videos;
• Recording and editing voice over for the videos;
• Video production (editing);
• Video production in web format;
• Video production in TV format;
• Audio production in radio format;
• Video production in Romanian with Russian subtitles.

Interested companies are invited to submit their application file for the competition, in 2 separate files sent by email by 28 November, 19:00, to procurari@expert-grup.org, containing the following:

1. The technical offer, which will include:

• Registration certificate;
• A list with links to the video graphics developed, the beneficiary, and the time period in which they were developed;
• CVs of the production team dedicated to the project, containing at least: CV of the video content producer (project manager), CV of the graphic designer.
