Call for Applications – Selection of an Expert to Prepare an Ex-Ante Analysis of the Mechanism for Psychological Counselling of the Unemployed, Extended Deadline

The following activities are proposed for the expert:

• Analysis of the constraints of the NEA (ANOFM) regarding psychological counselling of the unemployed;
• Analysis of other countries' experience regarding mechanisms and psychological support services for the unemployed;
  
• Preparation of the ex-ante analysis of a mechanism for psychological counselling of the unemployed.

The activity is part of the project “Support for Labour Market Reform”. The project is funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova and is implemented from November 2024 to October 2026.

Submission of the application.

To participate in the call, interested persons will submit, as part of the application package, the following documents:

• Technical offer;
• Financial offer.

It will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

The application package must be sent by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org . Incomplete applications will not be examined.

Submission deadline: 24 May 2025, 19:00.

Please make sure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected.

The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail) at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that your offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
