Call for Applications: Selection of an Expert to Assist the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection on EU Agenda and Relations

The following activities are proposed for the expert:

• Support in developing the negotiating position for Chapters 2 “Free movement of workers” and 19 “Social policy and employment”.
• Support in developing the substantiation files for requesting transition periods for Chapters 2 “Free movement of workers” and 19 “Social policy and employment”.
• Support in coordinating the activity of the Secretariat of Working Group No. 19.
• Monitoring the activity of the MLSP representative in other working groups which the MLSP does not chair.
• Cooperation with the relevant MLSP directorates in the area of Working Group No. 19.
• Participation in drafting national reports, completing questionnaires and other documents related to reporting to the EU.
• Providing technical expertise for the effective management of the European integration process.
• Organising a training session on European integration and its implications for the labour market for representatives of the MLSP, the National Employment Agency (NEA) and the State Labour Inspectorate (SLI).
• Other activities in the field of European integration at the request of the MLSP.

Submission of the application

To participate in the call, interested persons will submit, as part of the application file, the following documents:

• Technical offer;
• Financial offer.

It will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.
