Call for Applications: Expert to Oversee the Implementation of the e-Consumer Module Developed under the Project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework” (Extended Deadline)

The detailed tasks for the expert are  described in the attached Terms of Reference.

The activity is part of the project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework in Moldova”. The project is funded by the European Union and the Soros Foundation Moldova and is implemented from January 2024 to December 2026.

Submission of the application

To participate in the call, interested persons must submit the following documents as part of the application file:

• Technical offer;

• Financial offer.

The file must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

The application file must be sent by e-mail to the following address:  procurari@expert-grup.org . Incomplete files will not be examined.

Please ensure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected.

The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that the offer has been received, as evidenced by a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
