Call for proposals: Selection of an expert (individual) to provide support to the European Consumer Centre of Moldova

The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a call for the selection of an expert (individual) to provide support to the European Consumer Centre of Moldova. The purpose of this procurement is to contract an expert who will assist the ECCM team in drafting projects and submitting applications to mobilise donor funding for the implementation of the ECCM's mission and vision. The expert will also assist the ECCM in the implementation and project reporting phases.

The application file must include the following documents:

  • Technical offer (according to Form A. Technical offer);
  • Financial offer (according to Form B. Financial offer).

It must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

The application file must be sent by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org . Incomplete files will not be examined.

Please make sure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected.

The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that your offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
