Call for Applications – Selection of Consumer Protection Experts
The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition for the selection of four experts (individuals) for the implementation of the Project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework in Moldova”. The activity is part of the project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework in Moldova”.
The project is funded by the European Commission and the Soros Foundation Moldova and will be implemented between January 2024 and December 2026.
The purpose of this procurement is to contract: 4 consumer protection experts to prepare 3 consumer information notes per expert.
The notes will be published as part of the National Consumer Information Campaign. Each information note will address a specific problem faced by consumers in the Republic of Moldova and will include recommendations on how consumers can exercise their rights and how they can resolve the problems described in the note. The topics for the information notes will be communicated to the experts by the project team.
The notes will be prepared following the model of the notes already published.
Submission of the application
To participate in the competition, interested persons will submit, as part of the application package, the following documents:
- Technical offer;
- Financial offer.
It will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

Incomplete applications will not be examined. Please ensure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected. The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that the offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
