Call for Applications – Selection of Experts in Consumer Protection

The project is funded by the European Commission and the Soros Foundation Moldova and will be implemented between January 2024 and December 2026.

The purpose of this procurement is to contract: 4 experts in the field of consumer protection to prepare 3 consumer information notes per expert.
The notes will be published as part of the National Consumer Information Campaign. Each information note will address a specific problem faced by consumers in the Republic of Moldova and will reflect recommendations on how consumers can exercise the rights they have and how they can resolve the problems described in the note. The topics for the information notes will be communicated to the experts by the project team.
The notes will be prepared following the model of the notes already published.

Submission of the application file

To participate in the call, interested persons will submit, as part of the application file, the following documents:

• Technical offer;

• Financial offer.

It will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.
The application file will be sent by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org.
Incomplete files will not be examined. Please ensure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected. The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that the offer has been received in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
