Call for selection of two experts to develop the Consumer Protection Programme

The detailed tasks for the expert are described in the attached Terms of Reference.

The activity is part of the project “Strengthening the consumer protection framework in Moldova”. The project is funded by the European Union and the Soros Foundation Moldova and will be implemented from January 2024 to December 2026.

Submission of the application

To participate in the call, interested persons will submit, as part of the application file, the following documents:

• Technical offer;
• Financial offer.

It will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions for Bidders.

The application file will be sent by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org . Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Please ensure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected.

The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that your offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
