Call for Proposals: Selection of Project Concepts for Developing Inclusive Communities for Parents in Vulnerable Situations

Context  

The grant programme for civil society organisations (CSOs) for developing inclusive communities for parents/carers in vulnerable situations is implemented under the project “Increased local employment opportunities and access to nurseries for parents in vulnerable situations”  

The project is funded by the European Union and is implemented in partnership with IP Keystone Moldova and AO “Expert Grup”. The project aims to strengthen lasting partnerships between local public authorities, educational institutions, civil society organisations and the private sector, with a view to developing effective and sustainable solutions for the employment of parents/carers from vulnerable categories in 10 districts of the country. 

The purpose of the grant programme is to support civil society organisations in discussing, developing and creating, together with local and national authorities, an adequate environment so that parents/carers in vulnerable situations can access the labour market.  

The deadline for submitting applications is 4 August 2025, 14:00.

Online information sessions will be organised for CSOs intending to participate in the Call, for clarifications and details.
