Expert-Grup Announces Tender for Selection of an Audit Company
The Public Association “Independent Think Tank EXPERT-GRUP” announces a tender for selecting a company to audit the two financial reports covering the period July 2017–December 2018 for the implementation of the project “Understanding the Association Agreement and the DCFTA between the EU and Ukraine, Georgia and the Republic of Moldova”. The detailed terms of reference are attached.
To participate in the tender, the bidder must send the following documents to iulia@expert-grup.org:
- The organisation’s CV, showing the relevant audit activities as well as the value of the projects audited;
- The financial offer.
Minimum requirements for participating companies:
- 5 years of activity;
- Experience in auditing projects funded by SIDA as well as other international donors.
Priority will be given to companies with at least 5 years of experience in auditing projects worth a minimum of EUR 250,000.
The deadline for submitting offers is 17 July 2018, 10:00.
Audit period (data collection): any period between 2 January 2019 and 28 February 2019.
Deadline for submitting the audit report: 5 March 2019
