Extension of application deadline: request for proposals for the design documentation for the thermal insulation of the residential building at 3A Ștefan cel Mare St., Bălți

To take part in the competition, bidders must submit the following:

1. A technical offer, which will include:

• The technical proposal, which will include the company's methodological approach and the proposed action plan;
• Documents attesting that the legal requirements are met and the valid certificates needed to carry out the respective design work;
• Supporting information documenting the capacity/skills and experience to provide such services;
• The list and description of similar completed projects, as well as copies of contracts for the delivery of similar projects;
• The list of relevant clients the company has worked with over the past 3 years, with contact details of reference persons at those institutions;
• The CVs of the team members who will be responsible for carrying out the terms of reference;
• The certificates attesting the specialists: architect, constructor, divizier (section head), other specialists if available;
• An extract from the register issued no more than 12 months ago;
• Bank turnover for the last 12 months (November 2022 – October 2023);
• The balance sheet and the profit and loss statement for the year ended 31.12.2022;

2. The financial offer, to be submitted in MDL at the standard VAT rate. 

The technical offer and the financial offer must be sent in a single email to procurari@expert-grup.org by 30 November 2023, 19.00.
