Selection of an expert: technical assistance for the NEA

The purpose of the consultancy is to identify an expert to provide technical assistance to the NEA and the TONEAs in implementing active employment measures that facilitate the labour market integration of families with children, especially those from vulnerable groups.

To this end, the following experts will be identified: Expert no. 4 (NEA training).

The activity is part of the project “Increased local employment opportunities and access to nurseries for parents in vulnerable situations ”. The project is funded by the European Union, co-financed and implemented by the Soros Foundation Moldova in partnership with IP Keystone Moldova and PA “Expert Grup” from September 2025 to February 2028.

Submission of the application file

To take part in the competition, interested persons will submit, as part of the application file, the following documents:

• Technical offer;
• Financial offer.

The file must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

The application file must be sent by e-mail to the following address:
procurari@expert-grup.org . Incomplete files will not be examined.

Please make sure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected.

The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that your offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
