Tender: Audit of Expert-Grup's General Financial Statements for 2024

Audit period (data collection): any period between 1 – 30 September 2025. The audit reports, as well as the management letter, must be made available to Expert-Grup management in Romanian and English no later than 1 October 2025.

Minimum requirements for participating companies:

• The audit company and the auditor(s) are licensed in the Republic of Moldova;
• The image and reputation of the audit company and of the auditor(s);
• At least 5 years of experience in providing audit services for similar institutions funded by national and international institutions;
• ACCA accreditation or adherence to other international standards will be an advantage.

To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to

• A description of the company and the rationale for selecting it;
• The company name, address, contact person and telephone number;
• The list of organisations for which the audit company has provided similar services in the last 5 years;
• Copies of the licences of the company and of the auditors appointed for the audit engagement;
• A description of the qualifications of the audit team members;
• The CVs of the auditors appointed for the audit engagement, the list of organisations they have worked for, and a list of reference persons/companies;
• The financial offer.

The offer must be submitted in Romanian or English.

The deadline for submitting offers is 15 August 2025, 19:00.
