Tender for financial audit services

The full terms of reference are available in the annex.

Audit period (data collection): any period between 30 July – 10 August 2024. The audit reports and the management letter must be provided to Expert-Grup management in Romanian and English no later than 5 September 2024.

Minimum requirements for participating companies:

• The audit company and the auditor(s) are licensed in the Republic of Moldova;
• The image and reputation of the audit company and of the auditor(s);
• At least 5 years of experience in providing audit services for similar institutions funded by national and international institutions;
• ACCA accreditation or adherence to other international standards will be an advantage.

To participate in the tender, the bidder must send the following documents to procurari@expert-grup.org:

• A description of the company and the rationale for selecting it;
• Company name, address, contact person and telephone number;
• A list of the organisations for which the audit company has provided similar services in the last 5 years;
• A copy of the licences of the company and of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement;
• A description of the qualifications of the audit team members;
• The CVs of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement, together with the list of organisations they have worked for and a list of references (persons/companies);
• The financial offer.

The offer must be submitted in Romanian or English.

The deadline for submitting offers is 1 July 2024, 10:00.
