Extended deadline: Request for proposals – project audit

Audit period (data collection): any period between 20 February 2022 -  31 March 2022. The audit report must be made available to Expert-Grup management in English no later than 10 April 2022.

Minimum requirements for participating companies:

• The audit company and/or the auditor are licensed in the Republic of Moldova;
• ACCA accreditation or adherence to other international standards will be an advantage;
• Requirements imposed by the EU in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing audit services for grant contracts financed by the European Union.

Only companies with proven experience in auditing EU-funded projects may apply to this tender.

To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to the email address  procurari@expert-grup.org :

• A description of the company and the rationale for selecting it;
• The company name, address, contact person and telephone number;
• A list of organisations/projects for which the audit company has provided similar services in the last 5 years;
• A copy of the licences of the company and of the auditors designated for the audit assignment;
• A description of the qualifications of the audit team members;
• The CVs of the auditors designated for the audit assignment, as well as the list of organisations they have worked for and a list of reference persons/companies;
• The financial offer.

The extended deadline for submitting offers is: 22 March 2021, 11:00 a.m.
