Extended deadline: Request for proposals

The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces an extension of the deadline for submitting offers for the contracting of office rental services that meet the minimum criteria set out below:

Area	The space offered for rent must be between 150 and 260 m2. Sufficient working space for at least 10 desks and a meeting room.
Location	Chișinău, Centru sector, within the perimeter of Alexandru cel Bun – Mateevici and Bulgară – Toma Ciorbă streets.
Layout and fit-out	The office offered for rent must be divided into 3-4 rooms intended for offices plus a meeting room, 2-3 bathrooms and a small kitchen. The meeting room must be able to accommodate at least 10 people. It is preferable that the space offered for rent be unfurnished and require no cosmetic or major repairs.
Lighting, air conditioning and heating	The office must have a heating system installed (its own, or one that allows the temperature to be controlled independently of the rest of the building) as well as an air conditioning system for each office. The space must be well lit, both naturally and artificially.
Communications	The office offered for rent must allow an internet and telephone connection from Starnet.
Access to the building	The space offered for rent must have a separate entrance that will not be used by other persons. The entrance door must allow the installation of an access control system. Preference will be given to an entrance adapted for wheelchair users.
Parking	At least 6 parking spaces, either included or freely available nearby.
Availability and duration of the lease	The space must be available starting 1 May 2021 for a minimum period of 24 months, with the possibility of extending the lease after that date.

To submit an offer, interested parties must send the following set of documents to the email address procurari@expert-grup.org by 25 March 2021, 10.00 a.m.:

The form completed in accordance with Annex 1;
The extract from the register of immovable property;
The floor plan of the office and real photos.

Submitted offers will be valid for a period of at least 20 calendar days from the date of submission.

Offer evaluation criteria: The offers received will be evaluated technically against the technical criteria set out in the table above, as well as the lowest price offered per m2 of rent.
