Deadline extended: request for proposals – natural resources consultant

Under the contract, the consultant will be responsible for contributing to the development of the analysis of the regulatory procedures and provisions on the registration and use of widely distributed useful mineral resources, formulating recommendations on improving the regulatory framework, and will support the project implementation team in activities to promote the recommendations and inform society about monitoring the use of natural resources.  The estimated level of effort is 24 days.

Minimum requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in geology, geography, economic geography, environment or other relevant fields;
• Experience in analysing environmental/natural resources policies, at least 4 years;
• Knowledge of the regulatory and institutional framework in the field of natural resources;
• Teamwork skills;
• Communication and presentation skills.
