Extended deadline: request for proposals - natural resources consultant

Under the contract, the consultant will be responsible for contributing to the development of the analysis of the normative procedures and provisions on the registration and use of widely distributed useful mineral resources, formulating recommendations for improving the regulatory framework, and will support the project implementation team in activities promoting the recommendations and informing society about monitoring the use of natural resources.  The estimated level of effort is 24 days.

Minimum requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in geology, geography, economic geography, environment or other relevant fields;
• Experience in policy analysis in the field of environment/natural resources, at least 4 years;
• Knowledge of the regulatory and institutional framework of the natural resources sector;
• Teamwork skills;
• Communication and presentation skills.
