Extended deadline: Request for proposals: production and installation of office furniture

The selected company will have to produce furniture in accordance with boards 1 - 7 and the list of furniture items (attached) for the following rooms:

• Floor 1: conference room, kitchen and meeting room;
• Floor 2: executive director's office and the office of the administrative, financial and communication department;
• Floor 3: department offices.

For the production of the furniture, materials and hardware will be used in strict accordance with the colour/product codes indicated on the boards.

The furniture will be delivered and installed in stages, as follows:

• 24 January 2019 - floor 2 – executive director's office and administrative, financial and communication department;
• 31 January 2019 – floor 3 – department offices;
• 5 February 2019 – floor 1 – conference room, kitchen and meeting room.

The company may also propose other deadlines for the production and installation of the requested furniture. Priority will be given to companies that propose shorter deadlines, without affecting the quality of the work.

To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to:iulia@expert-grup.org :

• The company's portfolio indicating relevant works previously carried out;
• A copy of the registration certificate;
• Letters of recommendation, if any;
• A technical offer indicating the raw material to be used, including the hardware;
• A financial offer showing the unit and total price, including VAT, for all furniture items indicated on the boards.

Minimum requirements for bidders:

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in furniture production;
• Good recommendations.
