Extended deadline: Request for proposals: selection of a legal entity or consortium of legal entities to develop the Information System “Register of Public Property and State Property Management” (SIRPPAPS)

In view of the above, Expert-Grup invites interested companies with experience in developing IT solutions in the field of information system development and implementation to submit bids for the following activities:

1.  Analysis and design of SI RPPAPS;
2. Configuration of SI RPPAPS ;
3. Implementation and Testing of SI RPPAPS;
4. Data migration to SI RPPAPS;
5. Go-live of SI RPPAPS;
6. Documentation of SI RPPAPS (including drafting the GD on amending GD No. 851/2023) ;
7. User training;
8. Warranty and adaptive, corrective and static maintenance.

The activity is part of the project “Increasing the Efficiency of the State-Owned Enterprise Sector – Phase Four”, funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova and implemented by the Think Tank Expert-Grup. The project is implemented from December 2022 to December 2024.

The deadline for submitting bids has been extended until 14.02.2023, 19.00
