Extended deadline. Request for proposals – financial audit services

Audit period (data collection): any period between 20 September 2022 -  15 November 2022. The audit reports and the management letter must be made available to the management of Expert-Grup in Romanian and English no later than 20 November 2022.

Minimum requirements for participating companies:

• The audit company and the auditor(s) are licensed in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
• The image and reputation of the audit company and of the auditor(s);
• At least 5 years of experience in providing audit services for similar institutions, funded by national and international institutions;
• ACCA accreditation or adherence to other international standards will be an advantage.

To participate in the competition, the bidder must send the following documents to  procurari@expert-grup.org  :

• A description of the company and the reasons for selecting it;
• The company name, address, contact person and telephone number;
• The list of organisations for which the audit company has provided similar services in the last 5 years;
• A copy of the licences of the company and of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement;
• A description of the qualifications of the audit team members;
• The CVs of the auditors assigned to the audit engagement, the list of organisations they have worked for, and a list of reference persons/companies;
• The financial offer.

The bid must be submitted in Romanian or English.

The extended deadline for submitting bids is 16 September 2022, 16:00.
