Deadline extended: Request for proposals: services for developing an interactive map to visualise mining excavation sites and collect citizens' reports

The map will be developed within the project “Use of natural resources: improving record-keeping and transparency”. The main goal of the project is to contribute effectively to the implementation by the authorities of mechanisms and measures for reliable and transparent records of the extraction of widely distributed useful mineral substances.

The selected company or person will be responsible for developing a digital platform (interactive map) for visualising the locations of mining excavations (quarries) in the Republic of Moldova, and tools for informing, consulting and reporting irregularities identified by citizens.

A detailed description of the technical task, as well as the criteria for evaluating the bids, are available in the attached terms of reference.

To participate in the competition, interested companies and individuals will send to  procurari@expert-grup.org  the following:

• The CV  of the bidder, indicating similar projects implemented;
• The technical offer, indicating how the bidder envisages implementing the map;
• The financial offer.

The deadline for submitting bids is 01 July 2019, 19:00.
