Deadline extended: Request for proposals – services for developing a visual identity manual

The visual identity manual will include the identity and design elements of the communication and visibility tools and products so that they reflect the objectives, key messages and results of the project.The visual identity manual will be guided by the following specific objectives of the project’s Communication and Visibility Strategy:

• OBJECTIVE 1 - Increasing the level of information and awareness among the population and local civil society of the budget process and participatory budgeting through communication tools and products (public hearings platform, analyses, coalitions, toolkits, trainings, etc.). 
• OBJECTIVE 2 - Improving the perception of participatory budgeting and increasing the understanding of the impact of this process on the community, through communication tools and products (public hearings platform, analyses, coalitions, toolkits, trainings, etc.
• OBJECTIVE 3 - Ensuring local and national visibility of the project’s results and products, by implementing the Action Plan of the Communication Strategy.

Minimum requirements for candidates:

To take part in the competition, the company will submit by email to:  iulia@expert-grup.org :

• A short description of the organisation (1-2 pages);
• The company’s registration certificate;
• The client portfolio;
• The portfolio of experience in similar services;
• The commercial offer/budget for carrying out the proposed tasks (price offer in Euro, at 0% VAT);
• Other relevant documents or recommendations (depending on availability).
