Opinion on the draft Law on Entrepreneurship, unique number 345/MDED/2025

The opinion, signed by associate expert Dumitru Pîntea, contains concrete observations and proposals for improving the draft. It reflects the civil society view that a modern, coherent framework law is needed to help create a predictable and attractive environment for starting and growing businesses.

According to the document, the law should also reduce administrative and bureaucratic barriers, encourage innovation and digitalisation, promote investment, especially local investment, and strengthen the link between entrepreneurship and national economic development goals, including in the context of European integration.
