Training workshop for journalists: identifying corruption risks in 3 key areas of the national economy

• State-owned enterprises;

• Customs administration;

• State controls and the regulation of business activity.

The purpose of the training is to familiarise media representatives with the legislative and institutional gaps identified by Expert-Grup, which create preconditions and risks of corruption in these areas, and to support future journalistic investigations with empirical analysis and evidence. Accordingly, as a follow-up, after the training is completed, Expert-Grup will support future journalistic investigations and media products on these topics with data, analytical support, consultancy and other relevant information that will be useful to media representatives.

The training sessions will take place at Summit Events, New York Hall, 49/3 Tighina Street, Chișinău, and will be held in Romanian. Dates: 22-24 June; the agenda is attached below.
