Expert-Grup invites you to the public hearing “The 2% Law – effective implementation mechanisms and opportunities for NGOs. International good practices”. The aim of the event is to identify the optimal options for implementing the “2% Law” in order to maximise its benefits for the NGO sector in the Republic of Moldova. On the basis of the discussions at the public hearing, an informative memo will be drafted and distributed to UNICEF and relevant decision-makers. The document will contain the main shortcomings identified and recommendations for more effective implementation of the “2% Law”.

The event is organised with the support of UNICEF Moldova within the UNICEF-Parliament-Expert-Grup partnership project for promoting policies based on evidence and results, as part of the “Parliament & Democracy” Programme funded by the Government of Sweden.
