Invitation to the event: “State-Owned Enterprises in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic: Impact and Recommendations”

The study “State-Owned Companies: Why They Exist and What Impact They Have on the Economy”  aims to present a complex yet, at the same time, condensed analysis of state-owned companies in the Republic of Moldova and to stimulate forward-looking discussions on reforming this sector. 

At the same time, the study “The COVID-19 Crisis in State-Owned Companies” presents the situation of these entities in the context of the pandemic: how state-owned companies have been affected, what their role is in times of crisis and what measures the Government could take to support them. 

Representatives of state institutions, civil society, diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Moldova, development partners and the expert community are expected to attend the event.

The event will take place online, on 10 December, 2020, at 10.00, on the Zoom.us platform.
