The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” is organising the round table “Efficiency and transparency in the use of forest fund resources”. The event will take place on 30 July 2013, from 10:00 to 11:30, in the Conference Hall of the Jolly Alon Hotel (address: Chișinău municipality, 37 Maria Cebotari St.).

The main objective of the round table is to discuss the findings of the study “Efficiency and transparency in the use of forest fund resources”, coordinated by Dumitru Budianschi, director of the programme “Public sector: economy, finance, management” at the Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup”.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the efficiency of the use of material and financial resources allocated to forestry in Moldova. At the same time, through this study, EXPERT-GRUP seeks to answer a number of questions, including widely publicised ones, such as the leasing of the forest fund and people's access to the public forest fund in the Republic of Moldova.
